<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility of the picture, especially, the reproducibility of the color signal by interpolating the band-compressed and transmitted signal after the band is expanded and further, separating to a luminance signal and a color signal and interpolating. CONSTITUTION:A band-compressed transmitted picture signal is stored through a demodulator 31, a band expanding device 32 to a receiving memory 34. The signal read from the memory 34 is a compound signal composed of a luminance signal and a color signal, and the compound signal is sent to a compound signal interporating circuit 36. The picture element signal which is not transmitted is interpolated, and separated to the luminance signal and the color signal at a luminance signal and color signal seprating circuit 37. The separated signal is interporated at a luminance signal interporating circuit 38 and a color signal interporating circuit 39 respectively and goes to a color television signal through a compound circuit 40 and a DA converting circuit 42 and is outputted at a television monitor 43. Thus, the reproducibility of the picture, especially, the reproducibility is improved.</p> |
