<p>PURPOSE:To improve the production operating efficiency as the whole of facilities and to shorten the work processing time by providing a common device yard a;nd comparing stored contents of a material flow progress state detecting storage device with a preliminarily made schedule to correct an actual schedule. CONSTITUTION:Information from a device S which is provided in each device for the cold drawing process in a cold drawing plant 50 and detects the current position of a steel pipe P is inputted to a material flow progress state detecting storage device 65 with time and is stored there. The position of each steel pipe P on the schedule made by a process control computer 62 and a business computer 61 is compared with the actual current position of each steel pipe P stored in the material flow progress state detecting storage device 65 with time. The difference is evaluated by an evaluating formula, and the schedule made by the computer 61 is corrected in accordance with the obtained evaluated value, that is, the work processing order of steel pipes P in individual devices and the carrying order of pipes P by a carrying device 51 are changed.</p> |
