<p>PURPOSE:To form easily, reliably and efficiently a molding which is superior in decorative properties, by a method wherein a base member stripe pieces whose cross-sectional shape is identical with each other are obtained continuously by performing extrusion molding of colored plastics and then after transparent setting liquid plastics has been casted on the surface of the stripe piece, the liquid plastics is made to cure by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the same. CONSTITUTION:Base member stripe pieces 12 whose cross-sectional shape is identical with each other can be obtained continuously by performing extrusion molding of colored plastics. Then transparent setting liquid plastic 22 is streamed out on a part of or the whole of the surface 15 of the base member stripe pieces 12 and stretched. The edge of the surface 15 of the stripe piece of a cured surface 20 of the liquid plastics is made into a sharp edge like the right angle edge 19. A fine uneven surface of the base member stripe piece is wetted and smoothed through casting of the liquid plastics 22 and extremely smooth and mirror surfacelike surface is formed in cooperation with the transparent surface of said liquid plastics itself also. The sharp edge is swollen up through surface tension, a square and round edge part 25 is formed and lenslike beautiful surface effect can be displayed.</p> |
