PURPOSE:To improve visuality of an aligning mark with a simple structure by identifying the aligning mark by making use of a difference between at least part of an arbitrary gear tooth end surface and the other gear tooth end surface. CONSTITUTION:An ignition mark 4 for assembling ignition distribution board to an engine is provided at a prescribed position of an outer periphery of an ignition distribution board housing 3. In addition, a driven gear 1 is adapted to have a depressed ignition aligning mark 7 provided at a prescribed position on an end surface thereof. To thereupon improve visuality of said mark, and end surface of a gear tooth part 8 located at the same position as that of the aligning mark 7 is made to be the same height as an end surface of a gear body 9 while an end surface of the other gear tooth part 10 is made to be slightly lower than the end surface of the gear body 9 for forming a difference therebetween. The end surface of the driven gear 1 on the side thereof having the aligning mark 7 is subjected to plain cutting after surface processing thereof whereby only the end surfaces of the gear body 9 and the gear tooth part 8 exhibit a silver gray color characteristic of a sintered article raw material for improving visuality of the mark. |
