A driving device, in particular for a table-roller roller having a shaft journal, which is connected via a flexible coupling to the working shaft (designed as a hollow shaft) of a geared motor, is characterised in that the flexible coupling is arranged directly between the shaft journal and the hollow shaft of the geared motor mounted removably on the said journal, the coupling being arranged within the hollow shaft.
