PURPOSE:To increase the connecting strength of electrodes by printing insulating adhesive divided into two or more in multilayers around electrodes when bonding the electrodes of two stainless steel plates formed with a solar battery, superposing the plates, applying pressure and curing the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A solar battery 7 made of an amorphous silicon is formed on one surface of a thin stainless plate substrate 1, and a thin aluminum film electrode 8 formed thereon is led to the electrode assembly 2 of the end of the substrate 1. Then, when the two assemblies are opposed and connected, a conductive adhesive 5 which mainly contains silver is formed by screen printing on one assembly 2, then cured and insulating epoxy adhesive 3 extending to the end of the substrate 1 is similarly printed and cured around it at an interval. The other assembly 2 is similarly formed with the adhesive, a conductive adhesive 6 is further coated only on the adhesive 5, the two assemblies 2 are superposed, pressurized and cured. |
