PURPOSE:To enable the life of a brush to be easily detected and the brush to be easily replaced, by organizing a brush, a brush stator, an indicating rod and a spring in cartridge system, and by providing an indicating salient segment indicating the abraded quantity for the rear end of the indicating rod. CONSTITUTION:An indicating rod 6 is inserted through a resin stator 5, and a brush 1 is fitted at the tip of the indicating rod 6 with a spring 3 for brush pressing put between them. For the rear end of the indicating rod 6, the tip section 6a engaged with the stator 5 to prevent the brush 1 from being abraded more than a specified quantity is provided and the indicating salient section 6b to indicate the abraded quantity is provided. And a click 5a to be engaged with a motor yoke 9 is arranged to be integrally formed on the stator 5. In case of replacing the brush device, it should be removed from the motor yoke 9 and another cartridge should be fitted, because the whole device is organized in cartridge system based on the stator 5. |
