发明名称 INK SHEET TENSIONING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To set a back tension on an ink sheet to be constantly lower than a front tension on the sheet, by incorporating a controlling mechanism such as a clutch mechanism in a part of an ink sheet feeder. CONSTITUTION:A sprindle 11 is press-fitted into a center core 8 of each of ink sheet rolls 2, 3, and a gear provided at an outer peripheral part 11-a of the sprindle 11 is engaged to the outer periphery 12-a of a clutch gear 12. When a clutch shaft 17 is rotated in the direction of an arrow, a clutch disk 13 is also rotated, and where a frictional torque between the disk 13 and the gear 12 is higher than a load torque on the gear 12, the gear 12 is also rotated together with the shaft 17. The frictional torque M on the clutch on the payout roll 2 side and the frictional torque N on the clutch on the take-up roll 3 wide are so set that M<N, whereby the relationship of F<G (wherein F is back tension and G is front tension) is maintained irrespective of variations in roll diameters R, S.
