<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device characterized by high operability and a rapid selecting speed by constituting a menu selecting device comprising a display device for displaying a color or a pattern and an input device having the same color or pattern as in the display device. CONSTITUTION:The menu selecting device is constituted of the display device 5, the input device 6 and a processor 7 and used for the formation of bills, sales totalizing work, etc. in a fruit shop e.g. In this case, ''MELON'', ''STRAWBERRY'' and ''ORANGE'' are displayed as green, red and yellow characters respectively on the display device 5 and the three keys on the input device 6 are colored in green, red and yellow. A seller recognizes a color by observing the menu on the display device 5 and depresses the corresponding color on the input device 6 to input the number of the corresponding articles. Consequently, the formation of a bill or the like can be executed by the processor 7 without an error.</p> |
