<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled stencil paper having excellent stencil-making property, durability in printing, perforability and resolution and capable of being used for printing over several days, wherein a urethane adhesive requiring a small amount of a solvent is used for adhesion of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film and a porous base. CONSTITUTION:A heat-perforable thermoplastic synthetic resin film, preferably, a polyester film, and a porous base not deformed by heating, preferably, a silk screen, are adhered to each other by an urethane adhesive to obtain the objective stencil paper. The adhesion is preferably conducted by applying a pressure of not lower than 2kg/cm<2> to the laminate at a temperature of not lower than 60 deg.C, and leaving the laminate to stand for 24-28hr at normal temperature to harden the adhesive. The urethane adhesive may be obtained by using as a main constituent a prepolymer obtained by bringing a diol such as polypropylene glycol and a diisocyanate such as hexamethylene diisocyanate into reaction.</p> |
