A container e.g. an aerosol container is provided with a fluid flow regulator. The regulator forms a flow path from one region to another. In the flow path is a chamber one part of which is deformable. Fluid passes from the container through an inlet to the chamber and from thence through an outlet. A pressure differential is created between the container and the chamber. The fluid in the container exerts pressure on the deformable part which deforms to increasingly restrict the flow of fluid through the outlet.
