PURPOSE:To thicken film thickness of an elastic seat by arranging a load transmitting member at a part except the neighborhood of the tip part of a vibrating reed of a tuning fork vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The tuning fork vibrator 3 is made of a permanently elastic metal plate punched almost in specified width and bent in U-shape and the load transmitting member 5' is punched with the vibrating reed 3a of the tuning fork vibrator 3 in a body when the permanently elastic metal plate is punched and bent toward the direction of the outside of the vibrating reeds 3a, 3b from one side of the vibrating reed 3a. An earth terminal 4 is fitted to the vibrator 3 with spot welding or the like and the tip face of the load transmitting member 5' is abutted on the elastic seat 6 stuck to the opening of a load detecting part 1a of a case 1 and the earth terminal 4 is soldered to an earth electrode of a printed board 2. In this way, since the load transmitting member 5' is positioned near the base of the vibrating reed 3a, the film thickness of the elastic seat 6 can be thickened and accordingly, the situation like vibration stopping cannot take place unless considerably high film pressure is applied.
