PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled steel sheet without deterioration of magnetic characteristic even in stress relieving annealing, by forming grooves in magnetic steel sheet finish-annealed in a specified range by a suitable load, then heat treating said sheet at high temp. CONSTITUTION:Grooves are formed to a finish-annealed magnetic steel sheet or that insulating-film-treated after finish annealing, in range of right angle to 45 deg. to rolling direction by 90-220kg/mm<2> load, working strain is added, then said sheet is heat treated at >=750 deg.C. It is preferable to form said grooves at 1-20mm spaces in rolling direction, 10-300mum width and >=5mum depth in matrix iron part, and dotted line or broken line state is favorable and linear state is also approval. By said treatment, the titled steel sheet without deterioration of magnetic characteristics even in stress relieving annealing, is obtd. |
