摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the measuring errors arising from the fluctuation of oxygen concn. by providing a gas storage chamber, oxygen concn. detector and reference gas supplying mechanism, etc. and using a heat exchanger type dehumidifier in which the flow passage volume of a measuring gas does not exceed 1/2 of the volume in the reference gas supplying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The gas storage chamber 22 and the oxygen concn. detector 15, the reference gas supplying mechanism 31, a moisture measuring instrument 3, a gas sucking mechanism 27 and the heat exchanger type dehumidifier 28, etc. are provided. The measuring gas 6 entering the recess 24 in the chamber 22 is sucked out by a pump 26 and is dehumidified 28 to the dry gas 30 which is then supplied to a reference electrode 3. The dehumidifier 28 is so constituted that the flow passage volume of the measuring gas 6 does not exceed 1/2 of the flow passage volume of the mechanism 31. Since the flow rate of the sucked gas is low in the instrument 32, less dust sticks to a filter 25 and the time interval till cleaning of the filter 25 is extended with the shorter delay of the supply to an electrode 3. The measuring errors arising from the fluctuation of the oxygen concn. of the gas 6 are decreased.
