PURPOSE:To accurately set a limit current at starting time by inputting the various frequency division waveforms of reference signal generating means to a logic circuit, and generating a pulse synchronized with the reference signal by the logic circuit to control the start of the motor. CONSTITUTION:The output of a speed detector having a detecting coil 10 and a waveform shaper 11 and the output of reference signal generating means having a crystal oscillator 13 and a frequency divider 14 are input to a phase comparator 12 to compare the phases to operate a pulse-width modulator 15 by the output signal, thereby controlling ON and OFF for the coil excitation of the motor. Further, the various frequency division waveforms of the divider 14 are input to a logic circuit 27. The circuit 27 generates a pulse synchronized with the reference signal to input the pulse to a distributor 21, thereby controlling to start the motor. |
