摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the traveling speed at climbing time without raising the maximum speed at flat road traveling time by operating a complex motor as a differential complex motor at climbing time of an electric motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When an electric motor vehicle travels on a flat road, a solenoid switch 6 is closed. Thus, a differential winding 4a is shortcircuited. Thus, a complex motor 1 operates as a cumulative complex motor. When the vehicle arrives at an ascent, the inclining angle of the vehicle becomes set value or larger and the accelerator opening arrives at the set value or larger, the switch 6 is opened by the operation of a control unit 7. Accordingly, the terminal 5 of the winding 4a is opened, the motor 1 operates as a differential complex motor. Thus, torque is increased to prevent the vehicle from decelerating its speed due to climbing.</p>
