PURPOSE:To simplify the construction, by mounting first and second conductors on a piezo-electric element. CONSTITUTION:A first conductor 8 comprises metal plates applied respectively on the surface and back sides of an insulation plate 7 and the surface is connected to the back thereof. A piezo-electric element 10 is provided between the conductor 8 and a second conductor 11. In a voltage detector thus arranged as a potential due to an electric charge of a sample 9 is applied to the element 10 through the conductor 8, the element 10 is caused to deform depending on the potential difference between the insulation plate 7 and the conductor 11. The deformation will change the intensity of reflection on a scattering reflection surface 12 about light 16 radiated from a fiber cable 15. In this relation, as the intensity of the reflected light of the light 16 is inversely proportional exactly to the space between the fiber cable 15 and the scattering reflection surface 12, the deformation of the element 10 can be found by detecting the intensity of the reflected light of the light 16.
