PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of pen deviation ranges, by calculating the delay time for eliminating the relative time base deviation in the output for a recording paper to delay the input signal by the delay time. CONSTITUTION:A recording signal to be recorded is inputted into a multipoint pen recorder 12 through a multipoint pen recorder time base corrector 10. The front operation panel 14 of the multipoint pen recorder time base corrector 10 is provided with a chart speed switch 16, a channel switch 18, a pen deviation range switch 20, a set switch 22 and a checking switch 24. With the multipoint pen recorder time base corrector 10, the delay time is calculated to eliminate the relative time base deviation in the output for a recording paper and the input signal is outputted delayed by the delay time.
