PURPOSE:To fix a work simply but not allow it to fall off while processing and moreover from its strain deformation by employing a fixing jig shaped into the same outer dimension as that the work, and prepared on its periphery faces for an adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A fixing jig 1 is shaped into the same outer dimension as that of a work 3, and faces 4 are prepared for an adhesive tape 2 on the periphery of the fixing jig 1. The work 3 is set on the fixing jig 1, and the adhesive tape 2 is stuck over the faces of the fixing jig 1 and periphery of the work 3 to fix the work. Therefore, the work 3 is easily fixed to the fixing jig 1, and the work 3 is prevented from strain deformation even in the case that both of thermal expansion coefficients for the work and the fixing jig differ from each other.
