An electrical switch (32) mounted in a hydraulic cylinder having a linearly displaceable member (30), the switch being operable by said member during displacement of said member in the cylinder. The switch (32) has a stationary element (62) and a movable element (60) displaceable by said member (30) between a home position in which said elements (60, 62) are in non-co-operative relation and an operative position in which said movable elements (60, 62) co-operate. Adjustment means (46, 56; 74, 86) is provided for adjusting the position of said stationary element by said member (30) upon movement of said member to at least one of said home and operative positions. |
