PURPOSE:To prepare an internal trimming material in low cost with a set of forces by a method wherein skin material is applied to the surface of a bottom force, when the skin material has lost its adhesiveness, expanded urethane foam material is applied to the skin material, a top force is engaged, after expanding and hardening of the raid foam material and core material is injected into the cavity and hardened. CONSTITUTION:When internal trimming material where skin, expanded urethane foam and core material are laminated in layers is manufactured by the top force ant the bottom, force, the material 21 for the skin 1 is applied to the surface 17 of the bottom force 15 and when the material 21 for the skin 1 has lost its adhesiveness the material 22 for the expanded urethane foam 2 is applied to the material 21 for the skin 1. Then, when the expanded urethane foam material 22 is expanded and haredned completely, the top force 16 is engaged with the bottom force 15, the material for the core material 3 is injected into the cavity 18 between the bottom force 15 and the top force 16, reacted and hardened to obtain the desired internal trimming material 4. |
