CONSTITUTION:After the layer 6 of a pressure sensitive adhesive has been provided on the inner surface of a plastic tube 2, the surface of this layer 6 is coated with the powder 7 preventing the mutual adhesion of adhesives, i.e. preferably with the mixture in which inorganic powder of calcium carbonate, etc and organic powder of rosin, etc. are mixed at the ratio of 70:30-30:70 in weight part. Thus, the objective products obtained. As the presoure sensitive adhesive, the mixture in which the adhesion property giving agent such as terpene resin, etc. And the softening agent of polybutene oil, etc. are combined with the base resin such as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, etc, is used.
