PURPOSE:To ensure a production, correction and the like of the data in accordance with the items of a logic record of each type of file, by performing an input and output of the data in reference to the record definition file following a file control program. CONSTITUTION:The record definition file 25 is provided within the auxiliary memory device 8 or the main memory device of an electronic computer system in order to store the reference items that are required regarding the input and output of the data classified with every file and stored in the memory device 8. Then the data 21 is supplied from the input device 6 based on the prescribed form. Thus the input and output of the data (incl. conversion of format) are carried out to each file by referring to the file 25 and based on the file control program 24 provided within an internal memory device. |
