PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by mixing and scattering a pigment of a specified weight % in a solder cream. CONSTITUTION:A pigment of cadmium, red ion oxide, iron blue, etc. is mixed and scattered within a range of 0.1-30% in a solder cream. An inorganic pigment scattered in this solder cream floats up onto its surface after soldering, and a kind of a solder which has been used can be discriminated at a glance. Also, the pigment is erased completely by executing a washing afterward, therefore, a degree of washing of a soldered surface can be confirmed. Accordingly, the efficiency of a soldering work is improved. |
