CLOSED LOOP TYPE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To make stable control against any kind of vibration by creating a constitution unsusceptible to influence from fluid force from view of hydraulic pressure control through a process of changing a hydraulic pressure control system from a linear movement to rotation. CONSTITUTION:The left end of a valve 8 with a conduit 7 piercing to a feedback port 5 is fixed to the shaft 9 of a rotary solenoid 1, and a torsional elastic body 11 for generating power resisting a rotary solenoid output is fixed to a shaft 10. Pressure output from an output port 4 is led through the conduit 7 to a feedback 6 to give rotational power to turn a valve 8 auticlockwise. Power from fluid force of working fluid works in the valve's axial direction, but a stable control is possible without influence from the fluid force as hydraulic pressure control is done by rotation.
