PURPOSE:To attain mutual communications without other nodes by transmitting and receiving a call control signal, where a calling node and a called node have their inherent addresses each other, through a transmission line without the control of other nodes. CONSTITUTION:After a call control part CC analyzes a response signal (ans), it decides a node N2 having its inherent address (b) responds a calling signal (oc) transmitted by a node N1 before, and holds the inherent address (a) of the calling node N1 as the inherent address (i) of a communication a opposite party. Afterward, the calling node N1, with the use of a destination address DA=b and an originating transmission address SA=a, transmits a variety of call control signals with respect to the node N2. With the use of a destination address DA=a and an originating transmission address SA=b, the incoming node N2 transmits a variety of call control signals with respect to the node N1. Provided that a variety of call control signals transmitted by the node N2 are passed through a node N3. Thus only the nodes at originating and terminating sides can set a call, and accordingly a partial trouble never develop the trouble of the entire system.
