PURPOSE:To provide the titled varnish which has excellent ability of wetting and excellent pigment dispersion stability and does not cause clogging nor yellowing, consisting of an unsaturated polyester resin varnish, a white pigment, a dispersant, an anti-foaming agent, a viscosity depressant and a thixotropic agent. CONSTITUTION:30-60pts.wt. white pigment (TiO2) and 0.1-2.0pts.wt. additives such as dispersant, anti-foaming agent, a viscosity depressant and a thixotropic agent are added to varnish obtd. by blending 50-200pts.wt. reactive vinyl monomer (e.g. styrene), a curing agent (e.g. benzoyl peroxide) and a curing accelerator (e.g. cobalt naphthenate) with 100pts.wt. unsaturated polyester.
