PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of burrs in end plates by inserting fitting pieces smaller in length than fitting grooves projected on the end of blades into fitting mechanism of the end plates and caulking the edge of the end plates by a roller. CONSTITUTION:Fitting pieces 16, 17 of a blade 15 are inserted into fitting grooves 13, 14 of end plates 11, 12 from the outside in radial direction, and fitted by thrusting to the inside. At this time, as the width W of the fitting pieces 16, 17 is smaller than the length L of the fitting grooves 13, 14, the open end side C of the fitting grooves 13, 14 does not come into contact with the fitting pieces 16, 17. Then, the bottom of groove 21 of a roller 20 is thrusted against the outer peripheral faces of end plates 11, 12 and rotated to shift in the direction B. Accordingly, the open end side C of end plates 13, 14 not fitted to the fitting pieces 16, 17 can be thrusted to the opposite side D and caulked. Thus, the occurrence of burrs in the caulked part can be suppressed. |
