PURPOSE:To procide the titled adhesive compsn. consisting of a specified thermoplastic elastomer and an epoxy resin, which allows quick bonding of the order of seconds and has excellent resistance to heat, cold and creeping. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive compsn. is prepared by bonding (I) 100pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer selected from among (A) polyesterurethane elastomer with a weight-average M.W. of 20,000-500,000 consisting of (a) a terminal OH group-contg. polyalkylene phthalate type oligo-ester obtained from a diol compd. and a dicarboxylic acid which contains 80mol% or higher aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and (b) a diisocyanate compd., (B) polyether-ester urethane elastomer with an M.W. of 20,000-500,000 consisting of the component (a), component (b) and (c) polytetramethylene glycol and (C) polyester-ether amide elastomer with an M.W. of 20,000-500,000 consisting of a terminal COOH group-contg. polyethylene phthalate type oligo-ester, component (b) and compo nent (c), with (II) 1-40pts.wt. epoxy resin having an M.W. of 350-30,000 and containing 1.2 or more glycidyl groups in the molecule.
