PURPOSE:To make a side core unrequired and to simplify a mold, by dividing a movable mold of a mold in the mold withdrawing direction into a first core without any click sections for engagement clicks and a second core with click sections, and forcibly withdrawing the second core after the molded item is removed and the first core is withdrawn. CONSTITUTION:In a mold 30, a movable mold 33 is divided in the mold withdrawing direction into a first core 35 without any undercut sections for engagement clicks 12 and a second core 37 with click sections 12a, and a click section tip 12 of each engagement click 12 is formed into a rounded corner. The movable mold 33 is withdrawn in such a manner that first with the first core 35 withdrawn, the second core 37 with the undercut sections is withdrawn forcibly. The engagement pawls 12 can be elastically deformed toward each other in a direction (C), and since the tip 12b of each click section 12a is formed into a rounded corner, the core 37 can be forcibly withdrawn with the engagement clicks 12 deformed in the direction (C) by the withdrawn of the core 37. |
