PURPOSE:To control the waveform with a relatively low power consumption, by replacing four switches of triangular wave current drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:A constant current circuit 12 has a function to supply the electric current from a positive power source 5 to a coil 11, and a constant current circuit 14 has a function to supply current from the coil 11 to a negative power source 6. The constant current circuits 12-15 and constant voltage sources 24-27 and resistors 28-31 are set so that the each current waveform is set at a specified value. In such a way, the control of the current waveform becomes easy, and in case when a rotating magnetic field coil is used for evaluation and selection, it is possible to supply coil current which has the same waveform as the one supplied to single chip memory module.
