PURPOSE:To realize a quick rise by providing a charging circuit supplying a charging current to a capacitor provided to a feedback system of an amplifier in response to power supply for rapid charging and releasing the charging current when the charging potential reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A rapid charging circuit 20 consists of a comparator 22, TRs 24, 26, 28, resistors 30, 32, constant current sources 34, 36 and a comparator 22. Then the rapid charging circuit 20 supplies a charging current to the capacitor 12 in response to the closing of a power switch 16 while a potential between a non-inverting input (+) and an inverting input (-) of a differential amplifier 2 is being compared by the comparator 22, and the comparator 22 compares that the potential at both the input terminals of the differential amplifier 2 reaches an identical or a potential difference within a prescribed range and its detection output makes a TR28 nonconductive to release the charging.
