PURPOSE:To well emulsify oil, especially, silicone oil in a W/O type, by treating organically modified clayey mineral with at least one or more polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane represented by a specific chemical formula. CONSTITUTION:A compound represented by formula I, II or III (wherein R is a methyl group or a part thereof is a phenyl group, R' is hydrogen or an 1-12C alkyl group, (p) is 1-5, (q) is 2-3 and (x), (m) and (n) are average numbers for allowing polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane to contain 2-30wt% of a polyoxyalkylene group and bringing the viscosity of polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane to 5-3,000 centistokes at 25 deg.C) and organically modified clayey mineral are dispersed in a solvent such as water, acetone, lower alcohol or volatile isoparaffin and the solvent is subsequently removed to obtain an emulsifier composition. |
