PURPOSE:To allow an outgoing terminal device to attain multiple address transfer with one transfer operation only by allowing a multiple address equipment to generate a chiphered message and common key information corresponding to the corresponding destination at each incoming terminal device and use destination address information designated from the outgoing terminal device to transfer data to the incoming terminal device sequentially. CONSTITUTION:A ciphering circuit 103 uses a common key KC inputted from a lead 107 as a plain text key and uses a public key Ki inputted from a lead 108 as a ciphering key so as to cipher a text, which is outputted sequentially to a lead 110. A line interface 105 uses information inputted from leads 109, 110 and 111 to compose a transmission text. For example, A0-A2 are destination addresses inputted from the lead 111, [K]0-[K]2 are a ciphered key inputted from the lead 110 and [M] is a ciphered message inputted from the lead 109. A line interface 105 accesses a multiple communication equipment 2 through a telephone network or a data network to transmit the transmission text.
