PURPOSE:To provide the objective agent, by boiling KAKKON (root of Pueraria lobata), OUGON (root of Scutellaria baicalensis), TAISO (fruit of Zizyphus jujuba), etc. in a vacuum pot, adding a fermentation raw material and an organic manure component to the boiled herbs, fermenting and aging the mixture, adding an alcoholic extract of TOUKI (root of Angelica acutiloba) and aquesous extract of OUBAKU (rhizome of Cnidium officinale), etc. thereto, and drying the product. CONSTITUTION:A main substrate component composed mainly of KAKKON, OUGON, and TAISO is mixed thoroughly with water to obtain a paste (water- content: 65-75%), and boiled in a vacuum pan at 45-70 deg.C and 50mmHg for 4-6hr to obtain a hard paste. The product is mixed with 20-40wt% fermenta tion raw material (e.g. hop, SAKE lees, etc.) and 20-60wt% organic manure component (e.g. fowl droppings, oil meal, etc.), fermented and aged, and mixed throughly with an alcoholic extract of TOUJI and SENKYU (bark of phellodendron amurense) and aqueous extract of OUBAKU, KURENPI (bark of Melia azedarach), KUHIN (root of Sophora angustifolia) and DAIOU (rhizome of Pheum palmatum). The mixture is dried at a low temperature to obtain a stable powder. The drying is carried out at 35-40 deg.C optionally in vacuum.
