PURPOSE:To discharge high voltage and make visual rectification of image and to make the protection of circuit and the improved quality by utilizing capacity load in signal electrode, and inserting a resistor between the edge of output of signal of PWM circuit and signal electrode. CONSTITUTION:1-kOMEGA resistance in series 50 is inserted between the end of the outputs of respective PWM circuits 37-1-37-n, e.g., the end of the output of pulse amplifier included in PWM circuits 37-1-37-n and respective electricity inducing plates 15-1-15-n of the signal electrode. Thus, even if high voltage is discharged, the high voltage can't be applied to the output part of PWM circuits 37-1-37-n directly by series resistance 50, so that the discharged energy can't be a rapid pulse leading to a rather dull one, achieving the protection of circuit in the output part. Since the signal electrodes forms about 10pF load between other electrodes, the output signal from PWM circuits 37-1-37-n becomes dully by the series resistance and the load capacity, so that almost visual rectification can be realized.
