PURPOSE:To obtain a document producing program excellent in operability by displaying a description for defining functions of each key at the position adjacent to the key on a sheet, binding plural sheets on one side edge and providing a header on the other side edge. CONSTITUTION:On the sheet 40 hollow holes 43A and 43B corresponding to the header 42 and key are provided, and moreover on the sheet the header 42 discloses work contents so that each page can be put to its proper purpose in accordance with document producing work. The sheet 40 constituted in such a way is bound at one side on a pasteboard 41. A water proofing material, for instance, polyester-laminated sheet is good as the material of an overlay sheet. Thus the overlay sheet has an excellent effect when a popular personal computer is used as a document producing device with the aid of a program, and can offer the document producing program of a high operability to a user.
