PURPOSE:To attain the continuous output of plural pieces of output data produced independently of each other by providing a function which prescribes the output order relation with other spool output data to a defining means for spool output data. CONSTITUTION:When the spool output data is defined by a defining means for output data via jobs 1, 2, etc. under execution, the name of an output data group decided when the output data belongs to the output data group having the mutual output order relation is provided together with the identification name of the output data which is used to prescribe the output order relation among output data groups, the identification name of the output data to be processed next after the output processing of said output data and the control information showing whether the output data is equal to the head one of the output data group. These control information are stored in a waiting line 3 of the output data and then delivered continuously to line printer 7.
