PURPOSE:To prevent the shocks produced to the fluid pressure and the fluid amount by providing an input signal priority circuit at an input par for set value selection instruction given from an external control circuit. CONSTITUTION:The set values serving as the control standards for the pressure and flow rat of a fluid are set 31-33 to a set value switching circuit for analog fluid control valve, etc. This switching circuit delivers the set value designated by a set value selection instruction given from an external control circuit 35 like a sequencer, etc. Here an input signal priority circuit 10 consisting of a priority encoder 11 and a decoder 12 is provided. The encoder 11 is connected to an external sequencer 35, and the output of the encoder 11 is supplied to the decoder 12. The output of the decoder 12 is supplied to the corresponding analog switches SW1-3. Thus a fluid control valve is actuated by the set value 3 as well as the ON/OFF of the analog switch SW due to the set value selection instruction given from the sequencer 35 even in a simultaneous input mode of both the set value 2 and 3 selection instructions.
