PURPOSE:To make production extremely easy by forming a base so as to have a housing groove converging forward, forming the constituting body of a head chip into the shape corresponding to the housing groove, assembling the head chip with the housing groove of the base and finishing integrally the head chip as it is together with the base. CONSTITUTION:The housing groove 2 provided with such a taper which converges forward is preliminarily formed on one side of the base 1. The base of the groove 2 is horizontal. A pair of core halves 3a, 3b are disposed to face each other thus constituting the main core. Reinforcing cores 4, 4 having wiring holes 5 are disposed so as to face with both faces of the main core. An SiO2 film for forming a gap is preliminarily deposited by evaporation to the part A of the core halves 3a, 3b. The head chip constituting bodies, i.e., the core halves 3a, 3b and reinforcing cores 4, 4 are disposed in the groove 2 and when these bodies are pushed from the rear, the head chip constituting bodies are tightly fitted to the base and the core halves 3a, 3b thereof are butted to each other. The base 1 and the head chip H are integrally joined by an adhesive agent. |
