PURPOSE:To economize insulation for lead-out wires at central part of an inner winding which is drawn out from upper side and lower side thereof and to miniaturize and lighten by a method wherein the constitution is formed that the lead- out wiring at central part of the inner wiring is drawn out from only lower side in the lump. CONSTITUTION:The most inner winding 2, an inner winding 3 and an outer winding 4 are wound on an inside core 1 and as the lead-out wirings 5 from the central part of the inner winding 3 are drawn out in the lump, there is no lead- out for upper side. Because of no lead-out for upper side, the distance A between a upper edge of winding and an upper core york is able to shorten. On the other hand, the distance B between a lower edge of winding and a lower core york is necessary to be a little longer because of the doubled numbers of the lead-out wirings, however the increase of B is less than decrease of A. After all, hight of the window C of the core can be reduced and core weight can be lightened. Though the number of the lead-out wirings is doubled, the insulating material on the lead-out wirings and processing man-hour are able to be decreased because of insulating is conducted in the lump. |
