PURPOSE:To obtain a both-surface multiple paging glass original plate which has patterns on both top and reverse surfaces in accurately coincident position relation by stacking and matching plural effective and independent pattern plates for the other surface on a glass original plate for one surface, and joining and fixing those effective pattern plates in the matched position relation by a backup. CONSTITUTION:An effective pattern 1a is transferred to a glass dry plate at its left side and the effective pattern 1a or another kind of effective pattern different from the effective pattern is transferred at the right side. This exposing operation is carried out plural times and development is performed to form effective patterns 2a and 2b at the left and right sides of the glass dry plate 2, obtaining a original plate 3 for one surface. When a original plate for the other surface is manufacture, an effective pattern plate 4 for the other surface corresponds to the reverse surface of the effective pattern 1a for one surface and plural independent effective pattern plates 4a and 4b for the other surface are reproduced on the basis of the effective pattern plate 4. Those effective pattern plates 4a and 4b are stacked and matched on the original plate 3 for one surface. |
