<p>PURPOSE:To detect appropriate vector as screen surface movement vector by averaging the movement vectors for every area using the weight coefficient and calculating the movement vector of one field. CONSTITUTION:The digital TV signals from a terminal 110 are supplied to a representative point extracting circuit 111 and block data extracting circuit 112. The integrated values of frame difference data are supplied to a switching circuit 117 which then distribute them to graph memories 121-124 for every area, and the frame difference integral data stored in the memories 121-124 are supplied to minimum value detecting circuits 131-134. On the other hand, the weight coefficients formed by a weight coefficient generating circuit 120 are supplied to multipliers 95-98 and multiplied by the movement vectors from the circuits 131-134. The outputs of circuits 95-98 are added by adders 105-107, and the movement vectors for one field are outputted to an output terminal 108.</p> |
