PURPOSE:To provide a multipurpose Kotatsu foot warmer board having a checkerboard on the back side, by constituting the Kotatsu board in such a manner that drawers and extension boards are built in between both sides of a Kotatsu board on the side of edges, and each drawer is provided with a falling stopper device and an automatic locking against reverse weight. CONSTITUTION:Drawers 3, 3' and extension boards 4, 4' are built in between an upper side board 1 and a base board. Spring type falling stopper devices 5, 5' and automatic lockings 6, 6' against reverse weight are provided in the depth of the drawers 3, 3'. The extension boards 4, 4' are constituted of the upper and the lower trapezoid boards, inserted in the Kotatsu board so as to be drawn out as shown by the dotted figure of an extension board 4''. Sliding channels 8, 8' made of plywood are provided on the extension boards 4, 4', and sliding supports 7, 7' made of plywood are provided on both sides of a Kotatsu board. The extension boards 4, 4' can be drawn out by those sliding channels 8, 8' along the sliding supports 7, 7'. A checkerboard is provided on the back side of a Kotatsu board which is not shown, With such an arrangement, miscellaneous things can be stored in the drawers, and the Kotatsu board can be used multipurposely. |
