The cover plate 7 to press raw stock placed on the feed roller 2 to the feed roller side 2 is rotatably attached to the tip of the press plate 5 by the hinge 8, the space between the tip of the press plate 5 and the guide plate 4 is made in an open state by the lever 9, and end attaching operation is carried out.
