PURPOSE:To provide the titled agent of high smoothness and releasability free from pollution problems due to organic solvent, comprising a specific water-soluble copolymer, octadecylethylene urea and water. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent comprising (A) 100pts.wt. of a water-soluble copolymer prepared by either partially or wholly neutralizing (by aqueous alkaline solution using ammonia as a neutralizing agent) the acidic group in a copolymer with an average molecular weight 10<3>-10<6> derived from (i) 1-20wt% of an unsaturated monomer having acidic group (e.g., acylic acid) and (ii) 99-80wt% of another monomer (e.g., methyl methacrylate), (B) pref. 4-98pts.wt. of octadecylethylene urea and (C) water.
