PURPOSE:To contrive to improve weathering quality and to prevent its corrosion by coating the inside of a flame with weathering paint, while applying preliminarily mold releasing treatment thereto. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a frame 1 split into two is coated with mold release agent 2, and the surface of the mold release agent is coated with weathering paint 3 and is dried. Next, after the frame 1 has been set and fixed to a steel pile 4, corrosion resisting paint 5 is poured into a pouring port 6, and is cured. The layer of the weathering paint 3 is easily separated from the frame 1 due to the mold release effect of the layer 2 of the mold release agent, and is caused to adhere closely to the corrosion resisting paint film 5, thereby forming the weathering film. Consequently, the structure may keep unfading excellent surface condition for long time even at the disclosured environment on the ocean, whereby the coloring with high chroma may be achieved. |
