CLEANING OF SPRAY GUN OF MARKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the blocking of the nozzle hole of a spray gun even when not in use by jetting upwards a cleaning water into the nozzle hole of the spray gun from a cleaning nozzle set in a dugout position where the injection of paint from the spray gun is stopped by keeping it away from a steel feeding line. CONSTITUTION:A spray gun 4 is moved to a dugout position by a truck and the nozzle 4a of the gun 4 is positioned right on a cleaning nozzle 35 under guidance of the guide plate 41 of a cleaner 33. Cleaning water is soon jetted upwards into the nozzle hole of the gun 4 to wash away downwardly paint in the hole of the nozzle 4a. Cleaning water coming down from the nozzle hole is once trapped in a waste water receiver 38 and discharged to outside through a drain hose 52.
