PURPOSE:To provide a small testing apparatus easy to operate, constituted so as to be driven on the basis of the functions of a time and output by a pitching operation shaft for supporting first and second gimbal support frames, a rolling operation shaft, a table shaft supported by the second gimbal support frame and a computer. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus consists of the control apparatuses of pitching 67, rolling 86 and yawing 87, a three-channel output data recorder for reproducing the collected data of an actual shaking state on the sea, an inclination setting apparatus 78 having three channel outputs, a real time controller 89 and a CPU apparatus for allowing said controller to store a necessary function and the real time controller 89 consists of memory elements 79, 81, 83 of functions for controlling pitching, rolling and table shafts, D-A converter elements 80, 82, 84 for converting the data of said memory elements and a MPU control apparatus 85 for controlling the above mentioned elements while outputs of the data recorder 77, the inclination setting apparatus 78 and the real time controller 89 are connected to pitching, rolling and yawing control circuits by a mode change-over switch 76 so as to be changed over.
