发明名称 INK DOT PRINTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively fly ink adhered to the tip of needles toward the direction of electrodes by a method in which a reciprocally moving needle is formed of a conductor in the face of electrodes, and voltage of different poles is applied between the needle and the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Needles are 9 in number, for example, which is made of a conduc tor, e.g., stainless steel. When a magnet is electrically energized, ink is pulled up to a slit 31 between poled 30 to form an ink film 32, and the needles 24 to form dots are projected toward a recording paper 12. In this case, the tip 34 of the needles 24 is not touched by the paper 12, but since it is exposed to electric field from a power source 54, ink adhered to the tips 34 of the needles 24 coming near the electrode 47 is flied toward the electrode 47 by the force of the electric field to form dots on the surface of the recording paper 12. Since the material of the needles to move ink to the electrode is electrically conductive, an electric field can be formed between the electrode and the needles, and thereby ink can be exactly and easily flown from the tip of the needles, ensuring high-quality printing.
